The Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Health Analytics to help establish a new analytics function focused on supporting payer and employer conversations with rigorous, evidence-based analysis. This is a hands-on leadership role for senior analytics professionals who can operate credibly in customer-facing settings, deliver end-to-end clear and convincing analysis, while helping shape the direction, standards, and long-term structure of this area over time. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in the US healthcare ecosystem, especially the payer and provider domain, along with deep analytical and statistical capability. We are looking for someone with strong analytical judgment, research instincts, scientific rigor, leadership skills and the ability to move fluidly between data analysis, narrative development, and strategic partnership.
