## About the Role The Senior Manager, Store Experience sits at the center of how Athleta comes to life in the physical world. This role leads the end-to-end marketing strategy for stores—ensuring every touchpoint, from signage to activations to new store openings, delivers a cohesive, premium, and brand-defining customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this leader serves as the voice of stores within the marketing organization—deeply understanding store environments, fleet needs, and customer behavior—and translating brand and product strategy into best-in-class, scalable retail experiences.
