Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering Enablement, to lead a team serving as the enablement business partners for our Solution Engineering organization. Embedded within key leadership teams, you and your team will accelerate field capability tied to business outcomes, owning how Solution Engineers build and apply skills at scale. You will set the strategy for translating business priorities into capability programs, while coaching your team to design systems that make the field more effective in the moments that matter most.
