Must Have
12+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years managing engineering teams, hands-on experience with or working knowledge of Adobe AEM, hands-on experience with or working knowledge of WP Engine (WordPress), hands-on experience with or working knowledge of technical SEO principles, understand the intersection of content management, web performance, and SEO, AI-first mindset to leadership and technical decision-making, proficient in the English language, self-motivated and self-managing, organizational and prioritization skills, confident leading teams through ambiguity, champion engineering best practices, comfortable operating in a highly agile, iterative development environment, lead with empathy, transparency, and a bias toward inclusion and psychological safety, excellent stakeholder communication skills, thrive in a fully remote organization, demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
