The Senior Manager, Sales Operations partners closely with Sales Leadership across Korea, North Asia, and the Rest of Southeast Asia, alongside Finance, HR, and all cross functional teams, to drive operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and scalable business growth across the region. This role is responsible for enabling effective business planning, performance management, and execution rigor to support regional go-to-market success. Key Responsibilities * Partner with Sales Leadership across Korea, North Asia, and the Rest of Southeast Asia to support regional growth priorities and execution strategies. * Drive forecast accuracy through disciplined pipeline inspection, opportunity management, and reporting cadences. * Facilitate account reviews, deal reviews, and business performance discussions with regional sales leaders. * Lead the coordination and execution of QBRs, forecast reviews, and operational business cadences. * Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including quota setting, territory alignment, and coverage planning. * Partner with Finance on forecasting, revenue tracking, and business performance analysis. * Collaborate with HR on headcount planning, onboarding support, and organizational readiness. * Work cross-functionally with GTM teams to improve operational alignment, sales processes, and execu
