An MBA is an advantage., Sound technical knowledge in the area of Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center solutions is a clear advantage.
What You'll Do.
Strategic and operational responsibility for the sales of Delta's solutions in the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center sectors in Germany.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Strengthening market presence.
Driving sustainable revenue growth.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals in the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center segment in Germany / DACH.
Leading and developing a high-performing sales team through targeted coaching
and clear goal setting.
Continuously monitoring market trends
and competitor activities to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers
providing excellent service and a deep understanding of their requirements.
Actively responsible for business development: identifying new customers
professional negotiation
and expanding the customer portfolio.
Managing revenue and profitability growth in the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Center sectors
focusing on sustainable and successful market development.
Analyzing relevant sales key figures
deriving concrete measures
and regularly reporting to senior management
including recommendations for action and strategic assessments.
