Must Have
4-8 years of experience in project management in developing online workflows, analyzing and maintaining business applications., A University degree or equivalent degree.
Nice to Have
General understanding of Property consulting (valuations and risk engineering) and insurance services., Proven track record of collaborating with offshore colleagues, fostering teamwork and driving project success across geographical boundaries.
What You'll Do.
Support and manage implementation of Corporate & Commercial Risk Engineering & Valuations Panel.
Drive and contribute towards Property Risk Consulting and Property Valuation projects.
Manage the entire panel lifecycle from opportunity identification through to delivery.
Maintain accurate records and registers.
Ensure adherence to deadlines and follow established processes.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Establish governance and tracking mechanism to monitor project progress.
Identify gaps in data or analysis and implement remediation strategies.
Develop and maintain operational frameworks
Manage communications by monitoring shared inboxes for opportunities.
Engage with contractors and external experts to obtain and evaluate pricing.
Oversee project approvals and instigate quality checks.
Establish property risk engineering and valuation project repository.
Manage financial processes related to projects
including invoice requests and payments.

Team & Collaboration
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Brokers/Practice Leaders/ Property Risk consultants/Property Valuation consultants).; Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (Contractors/Vendors/Agents).; Collaborate with offshore colleagues, fostering teamwork and driving project success across geographical boundaries.
Communication Scope
Manage communications by monitoring shared inboxes for property risk and valuation opportunities, broker correspondence, and client inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
