leadership ability demonstrated through extensive experience managing teams, Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment, Knowledge of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques, Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs, Deep RevOps understanding of SMB B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, processes, pipelines, and technology, Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Revenue.io, experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Mode Analytics, Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into understandable information that supports effective decision making, Experience with digital transformation of rev technology tooling, To be comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and establish new processes while streamlining existing ones, To be a champion of Jobber’s culture and core values - humble, supportive, and give a sh*t

What You'll Do.
Manage a team of Revenue Technology Admins while actively developing their skillset and technical effectiveness
Manage a wide array of senior and executive level contributors across the engineering and data org
Take ownership of all revenue technologies and associated initiatives
Work closely with technical leads on finding cohesion and space across multiple sprints and competing roadmaps
Work collaboratively with the leaders to drive the technology and overall Jobber strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes
Drive and provide data driven recommendations to execute
monitor and communicate progress

Quickly and effectively
