Must Have
12+ years finance and accounting experience, 6+ years industry experience, working knowledge of US GAAP, Experience with large-scale ERP, Experience with monetization and billing systems, Experience with payments compliance, Experience with reconciliation systems, Experience with SQL, Experience with Tableau
Nice to Have
CPA or equivalent international certification, Big 4 accounting firm experience, Payments compliance and reconciliation system experience
What You'll Do.
Ensure financial processes

Support financial reporting and audit for platform operations
Develop and own processes and procedures
Document and test platform related accounts and entities
Monitor platform related accounts and entities
Manage platform related accounts and entities
Balance organizational needs with finance and compliance objectives
Partner with finance teams to assess financial impact
Improve visibility into platform accounts and initiatives
Partner with SOX team for risk identification
Partner with SOX team for control mitigations
Design controls for platform operations
Implement controls for platform operations
Document controls for platform operations
Review controls for platform operations
Develop relationships with stakeholders in payments
Develop relationships with stakeholders in compliance
Develop relationships with stakeholders in legal
Lead Revenue Operations team
Ensure processes meet close deadline
Teach staff on accounting and finance issues
Mentor staff on revenue technical accounting
Mentor staff on GAAP guidance
Mentor staff on documentation best practices
Mentor staff on partner engagement
Mentor staff on operational processes
Provide guidance and insight on invoicing
Provide guidance and insight on accounts receivable
