What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience, at least 2 years in a role owning programs end-to-end in a high-growth startup environment, Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs from scratch and measure their impact on revenue outcomes, understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.), Experience designing and delivering enablement for mid-market and enterprise sales teams, Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LMS platforms, Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority, Excellent communication skills, An entrepreneurial spirit: resilient, proactive, autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable driving clarity in ambiguous environments, organizational skills with a track record of building repeatable, scalable processes
What You'll Do.
Lead the strategy and execution of enablement programs
and Business Development teams with tools
Effectively engage prospects
Drive alignment across Sales
Build scalable processes
Own the development of a high-impact enablement function
Create learning opportunities that encourage fast application and long-term retention
Operate at both the strategic and tactical level
Build the framework while remaining hands-on in execution
Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new revenue hires
and facilitate the weekly Sales Academy
Develop and maintain a library of sales plays
and training resources inside our Learning Management System
