Must Have
University degree or above in IT or related disciplines, 8 years of experience in IT disciplines, 3 years in R&D resource planning, budget management, or PMO roles, Proficient in budget management systems, Proficient in Excel, Written and spoken English and Chinese required
Nice to Have
Background in technology/internet/software R&D industries, Familiarity with R&D project processes, Familiarity with data processing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL, Experience in cost accounting or productivity analysis, Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across regional business units

Support departmental financial planning
Support financial reporting cadences
Support operational activities
Track project cost centre actuals
Identify emerging issues
Monitor timesheet submissions
Develop business continuity arrangements
Implement business continuity arrangements

Ensure recovery expectations are met
