What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, 10 years of relevant experience in project management and execution within engineered solutions, power generation, or industrial systems environments, 5 years of leadership experience with responsibility for project portfolios, revenue accountability, or large-scale delivery teams, Proven track record of managing complex, multi-country project portfolios and delivering projects within schedule, budget, and quality expectations, Formal project management certification (such as Project Management Professional or equivalent), negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments and manage competing priorities, Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required
Nice to Have
Experience within the diesel generator, power generation, or mission-critical power systems industry, Background in multinational, matrixed organisations with structured execution governance, Exposure to regional execution hubs or shared service centre operating models, Additional Asian language capabilities
