Directly manage 1-2+ Program Managers, Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, Establishes clear performance expectations, Conducts regular, candid coaching conversations, Addresses performance gaps early, Owns the stakeholder feedback loop, Creates individualized development plans, Cultivates a high-trust, psychologically safe team culture, Partners with HR and leadership on compensation and promotion decisions, Models the behaviors and delivery standards expected, Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level programs, Works on programs that have strategic importance, Understands the long-term strategy of the Business Units, Translates ambiguous strategies into actionable project plans, Proactively identifies when a program scope has drifted, Raises the conversation with executive sponsors, Recommending course corrections, pauses, or stops, Develops a point of view on portfolio trade-offs, Brings prioritization recommendations to leadership, Collaborates with executive stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, deliverables, Ensures programs are tied to CAI strategic priorities, Ensures business cases, KPIs/OKRs, and benefits tracking models are in place, Develops comprehensive program plans, Establishes right-sized governance, Reduces decision latency, Unblocks dependencies, Drives decision-making across teams, Champions adoption of common metrics, Leads retrospectives across programs, Harvest learnings, Codify playbooks, Evolve PMO templates and standards, Initiates and leads process improvement efforts, Exhibits business acumen, Sought out by executives to lead or advise on high-visibility company initiatives, Champions the responsible adoption of AI tools, Identifies, pilots, and scales AI-assisted workflows, Governs AI-enabled programs, Ensures teams can clearly articulate AI assumptions, data dependencies, limitations, and decision boundaries, Establishes team norms for responsible AI use, Experience with AI productivity tools, Genuine curiosity for learning and adopting emerging technology, Proficiency with modern delivery and collaboration platforms, Fluency in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery, Ability to apply the right approach based on program context, Clear pre-employment drug test
