Work on-site a few days each week, Own execution of complex, cross-functional strategic projects, Integrate programs and act as a thought partner to executive sponsors, Leverage tools and AI to elevate program management capabilities, Influence without authority across all organizational levels, Build teams that reflect high standards of judgment and process rigor, Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level programs, Ensure alignment to business strategy, Translate ambiguous strategies into actionable project plans, Identify scope drift and raise conversations with executive sponsors, Recommend course corrections, pauses, or stops when warranted, Develop a point of view on portfolio trade-offs, Bring prioritization recommendations to leadership with clear rationale, Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, deliverables, Ensure programs are tied to strategic priorities, Ensure business cases, KPIs/OKRs, and benefits tracking models are in place, Develop comprehensive program plans, Establish right-sized governance, Drive decision-making across teams, Champion adoption of common metrics, Own the development and maintenance of PMO delivery frameworks, playbooks, Lead structured capability-building sessions for PMs, Serve as a subject matter resource for PM craft development, Lead retrospectives across programs to harvest learnings, Initiate and lead process improvement efforts, Exhibit business acumen to identify gaps, Provide independent judgment on program design, delivery approach, and organizational complexity, Champion responsible adoption of AI tools, Identify, pilot, and scale AI-assisted workflows, Govern AI-enabled programs, Establish team norms for responsible AI use, Stay current on emerging AI productivity tools, Bring forward recommendations and build team's AI fluency, Apply structured evaluation to AI solutions, Bring independent perspective to challenge program scope, resource assumptions, and sequencing, Connect portfolio decisions to business outcomes, Link program delivery choices to P&L impact, competitive positioning, or strategic objectives, Engage senior stakeholders during planning and problem framing, Influence decisions when reversible and options are open, Translate business context into actionable plans, Manage program budgets and financial forecasts, Identify and manage program risks and issues, Develop and execute communication plans, Manage vendor relationships and performance, Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Proficiency with modern delivery and collaboration platforms, Fluency in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches

Nice to Have

PMP and/or PgMP certification are a plus, Experience with portfolio-level tools preferred
