Must Have
Bachelor's degree in related field, Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing project management, or scientific environment, Minimum of 3 years of people leadership, Proven knowledge of project management, Proven leadership with interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills, Proven success in driving and contributing to a team-oriented environment, Customer related experience and excellent client facing skills, Proven analytical and communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of organization, Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Nice to Have
Project Management Certification preferred, In-depth knowledge of the contract development/research, pharmaceutical, biotech industries
What You'll Do.
and monitor performance of Project Management staff
Lead team through ambiguity and change
Integrate strategic and tactical perspectives
Ensure Project Management staff are trained and developed
Ensure Project Management staff adheres to G&Os
Ensure adequate resources are available and allocation of work
Maintain a safe working environment
Initiate and manage assigned Project Management budget
Provide effective support to teams
Ensure Project Management staff supply required information
Support client visits
Represent PM at Executive meetings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Active member of the Global Project Management team; Active member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT); Support client visits along with business development and site leadership; Interact with clients related to new and on-going business

Proven communication skills; Ability to influence at all levels of organization
Process & Methodology
Manage projects effectively, Oversee day-to-day project execution, Adhere to PM processes, tools, and metrics
