This will draw on their experience in data management, measurement, and project management to establish a foundation of insights that can inform business decisions. To build an optimal data architecture, the Sr. Manager will form a clear vision for the business and coordinate with the requisite business partners to realize that vision. This will require clear communication and experience in managing multiple stakeholders across numerous inflight initiatives. Once data systems are organized and operating, efforts will be required to drive action against the insights gathered. This will involve supporting projects to optimize business processes, simplify work, and drive client value. This position plays a key role is guiding current operations, presenting an accurate appraisal of the business, and advancing the business strategy. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.__You will have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $92,490 to $127,200. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business
