Your New Role: The Senior Manager, Program Management is responsible for leading a team of Technical Program Managers and owning delivery across a portfolio of cross-platform initiatives. This role sets execution standards, manages program prioritization and capacity planning, drives cross-team dependency management, and provides executive-level visibility into status, risks, and outcomes. The Senior Manager ensures teams follow consistent development and delivery processes while continuously improving program management maturity across the organization. Your Role Accountabilities: Program Portfolio & Systems Enablement (30%) Own delivery across a portfolio of cross-platform programs powering high-volume ad serving, data, and reporting systems spanning linear and digital environments. Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational readiness for platforms supporting thousands of internal users and billions of impressions. People Leadership & Capability Building (25%) Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers. Set clear expectations, performance goals, and career development plans while establishing best practices that raise the overall bar for execution, accountability, and delivery rigor.
