Bachelor's degree, 5+ years PK-12 education experience, 2+ years teaching underserved students, 3+ years partner management experience, 3+ years project implementation experience, 3+ years HQIM leadership experience, Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content and practice standards, Experience designing professional learning for educators, Experience facilitating professional learning or coaching for educators, Experience managing client relationships, Experience teaching or coaching ELA curricula, Experience teaching or coaching Math curricula
