Must Have
8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or a related field, Experience building and scaling operating models, planning processes, roadmap governance, or portfolio management functions, Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, Experience developing KPI frameworks, operational reporting, dashboards, or portfolio visibility processes, Understanding of product development lifecycles, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and organizational operating rhythms, Experience working directly with senior leaders
