This role sits at the heart of transforming the Capital One Developer Experience. You will be responsible for both defining and executing strategy to improve developer productivity, test automation, and our delivery pipeline. The team is hiring multiple positions across the following areas: _Source Code Management_ The team's work encompasses the entire lifecycle of software artifacts, from inception to archival. _Jira_ serves as the single source of truth for all work items, features, and defects. This planning layer is integrated with _GitHub_ , which manages the source code and version control, to establish a clear, auditable trail from requirement to code. _Work Management_ The team provides the visibility and structure that allows our engineering organization to move with precision by influencing how work is recorded, tracked, and reported on. In addition to supporting Jira as our primary work item management tool, we optimize the experience with auxiliary tools and integrations.
