What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics or a related technology field, Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience, Minimum of 4 years Value / Solution Selling experience, Ability to motivate and generate results within a matrixed organization, Ability to generate Market Requirement Documents (MRD) to communicate customer and/or segment value proposition for New Product Introduction (NPI), Ability to maintain and communicate the business unit’s booking, billing and backlog information, A working knowledge of Semiconductor Fab automation, A working knowledge of Semiconductor Fab process and/or Semiconductor Advanced Packaging, Detail oriented, have strategic thinking skills, and organization and interpersonal skills, Poised presenting in front of customers and members of the Senior Leadership
Nice to Have
Direct experience with Semiconductor Automation, Semiconductor Process Equipment, and GEM/SECS Automation is preferred, Direct experience with Semiconductor Inspection and/or Metrology is preferred
What You'll Do.
Defining and executing product strategy
Ensuring profitable market share growth by delivering products and roadmaps that drive customer value
Partnering with customers to understand and provide high value solutions for both immediate and future needs
Defining product strategy including alignment with Brooks strategy
customer segmentation
high value problem identification
product roadmaps and product life cycle planning
Being responsible for the next-generation sorter targeted at wafer
Growing evaluation and firm order footprints
Incorporating lessons learned to replicate value selling success at new customers
Executing strategy within a matrixed organization
Developing business plans
and product positioning
Maintaining a working knowledge of technical aspects of the product and a solid financial understanding of the overall cost contributor components
Optimizing future CIP (customer improvement projects)
value engineering cost savings (cost vs. capability) and overall cost reductions
