Must Have
7+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field, Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above

What You'll Do.
Support business with development of profitable programs
Manage day-to-day business management and enhancement of product
Drive product improvements and optimizations
Conduct user research
Partner with Engineers and Marketers on product enhancements
Define product specifications
Develop product specifications
Iterate product specifications
Take ownership of assigned categories’ sales performance
Identify working/not working products
Recommend new product opportunities
Lead competitive product analyses
Provide insight into how Shark stacks up against
Improve to make Shark the consumer’s top choice
Share insights and learnings from consumers and market
Ensure critical features and feedback are incorporated into
Partner with Testing and Quality organizations
Define quality and performance testing procedures
