What You'll Do.
provide strategic leadership

accountable for the effectiveness of design as a trusted strategic partner
ensures that every digital and service touchpoint is built around genuine customer needs
elevates design and user research to first-class capabilities
support squads as needed

provide direction on complex problems
and strengthen design contribution
and engineering work together within the shared squad model
establishing the ways of working
and delivery practices
building out the Product and Experience design discipline
grow and develop the team
including design and research capability
establish how Product Design
and Research work together as an integrated practice
gathering and using insight to inform design decisions
sharing what has been learned from customers to be leveraged across the organization

Team & Collaboration
partnering closely with the Product Manager; collaboration across teams is central to how we work; partnering with technology, operations, standards, and assurance; shaping how design, product, and engineering work together within the shared squad model; establishing the ways of working, collaboration norms, and delivery practices that make cross-functional teams effective
