What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategy, transformation, or program management, expertise in procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle and best practices, Proven experience in program governance, performance management frameworks, and value delivery tracking, stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders across and beyond the organization, Experience delivering large-scale projects and end-to-end service/operations management, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills (business cases, senior-level storytelling), Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field, Professional certifications (e. g. , CPSM, CPIM, PMP), Experience working in matrix/global environments with cross-functional teams, Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, Proven leadership capability, including influencing without authority and driving change, problem-solving skills with high learning agility and ability to work with ambiguity, Experience working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team capability

Develop executive-level performance insights
Ensure transparency and accountability
Establish governance mechanisms to track value
Partner closely with Finance
Lead regular performance reviews
Build analytics that support OU performance
Leverage spend analytics
Collaborate with other Procurement managers
Provide standard and regular OU reporting
Drive a culture of data-driven procurement
Work closely with OU finance teams
Serve as a liaison between procurement leadership
Provide strategic insights and performance updates
Bring multiple Procurement teams together
