Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, advisory or professional services role with a demonstrated track record of results and increasing level of responsibility, Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to Have

MBA, Retail, Hospitality, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or Consulting industry experience, PMP (Project Management Professional) or SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designations, Fluency in French

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Execute sourcing projects

Apply contemporary sourcing methods

Develop implementation and communication plans

Ensure involvement of all impacted organizations

Quantify and document results

Develop and execute negotiation strategies

Develop and deploy standard reporting

Maintain deep category expertise

Provide stewardship of strategic sourcing policy

Implement Accor global procurement policy

Contribute to Procure to Pay tool deployment

Manage Source-to-Pay for Indirect NCA categories

Control and validate all purchase requests

Produce and analyze regional performance reports
