What They're Looking For.
Must Have
at least 5 years of hands-on experience leading process engineering/process improvement initiatives, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with Green Belt or higher certification required, knowledge of AML regulations, practices, and economic sanctions
Nice to Have
preferably in financial services or regulatory environments, Similar knowledge and/or experience related to regulatory compliance is considered an asset, Experience with AI enablement, and automation tools is an asset

lead EAML process improvement initiatives
and implementing these initiatives
provide consultation on process designs for EAML projects with significant process components
recommend enhancements to the EAML Leadership team
conduct process assessments to identify improvement opportunities and waste
Use advanced statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving to identify and address root causes of inefficiencies
Recommend solutions that positively impact productivity
develop control plans to measure the effects of implemented changes
and assess final impacts where applicable
Apply foundational project management practices in your initiatives
including tracking progress
managing deliverables
and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assess and quantify the potential impact of process and automation initiatives
prioritize projects based on business value
ensure efficient resource utilization
design and deliver robust solutions
and support process owners in achieving and realizing the anticipated benefits of process improvement initiatives
take accountability and ownership of leading critical AML business process improvement initiatives from initiation through to closure
manage stakeholder adoption and change management associated with these deliverables
ensure governance and compliance requirements are met
comprehensive documentation and progress reports for all initiatives are produced and maintained
consolidate and provide clear and concise communication to the Senior Leadership team regarding process improvement initiatives
articulate analysis and recommendations effectively
help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs
coordinate efforts across functional teams

Guided by the principles of client focus, business innovation, and process simplification, you will leverage your process engineering expertise to lead EAML process improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, planning, developing, testing, and implementing these initiatives. Additionally, you will provide consultation on process designs for EAML projects with significant process components. As an advocate for continuous improvement and simplification across the business, you will recommend enhancements to the EAML Leadership team by seeking input from users, conducting proactive research, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify new requirements that improve AML systems and processes.
