Get to Know the Team The PMI and Strategy Enablement team is Grab's strategy-to-execution engine for some of the company's most critical priorities across Grab. We work on high-impact strategic projects, large-scale transformation programs, new business initiatives, and post-merger integrations. The team partners closely with senior leaders, country teams, business verticals, and functions to solve ambiguous business problems, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. This role offers strong exposure to Grab's leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across multiple markets, verticals, and functions. Get to Know the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, PMI and Strategy Enablement to lead strategic projects and post-merger integration initiatives across Grab. The role requires a strong problem solver who can move seamlessly from strategy and analysis to hands-on execution. You will work on high-priority transformation projects, support M&A due diligence, lead integration planning and execution, and help ensure Grab captures value from strategic investments and acquisitions.
