Application Deadline: 07/14/2026 Address: 33 Dundas Street West Job Family Group: Technology The ideal candidate will have a combination of leadership, process, data related skills, cloud platform (AWS or Azure) functional knowledge, and previous experience in managing technology platforms within a banking environment. Investigates and identifies strategies to optimize business operations and services, and inform business decisions. Defines business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders. Sources business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results. Also assesses the efficiency and the performance of technology (software, hardware and the wider IT system) to deliver expected business results. Identifies and analyzes malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoots issues raised by business. Oversees and coordinates the deployment, implementation, and provision of applications and infrastructure in Production as well as lower environments using deployment plans and infrastructure build guides based on BMO SDLC standards and directives. Provides immediate response to production program or system problems and engages 3rd party providers contracted to the Bank during an incident. May participate in testing cycles to ensure the ability to deploy and operability of infrastructure and applications. * Drives and/or promotes new processes, systems, technology, and operations and expanded capabilities for performance, with the flexibility to align to the unique requirements of the project teams and deliverables. * Lead the end‑to‑end technical design of Corporate Communications and Innovation technologies solutions across vendor applications and custom applications * Proactively monitors technical infrastructure and system performance and identifies operational improvements, in ensuring smooth and consist
