What You'll Do.
Support Cluster MPIM lead to set seasonal investment
Align stakeholders to a common plan
Identify key business opportunities and risks
Make sound recommendations to Senior Management
Collaborate with Global Operation team to align MPIM
Own the cluster planning CtC calendar
Collaborate with Merchandising Operations and Sales Operations teams
Provide monthly guidelines to Merch Planning team
Provide globally aligned input for Global S&OP
Facilitate and drive OTB and forecast review meetings
Challenge MPIM Channel leads on OTB inputs
Provide monthly guidelines for forecast transmission
Propose and develop new processes
Harmonize ways of working across the department
Participate and drive key regional / global projects
Capture clusters requirements
Drive implementation of new tools/capabilities
Drive implementation of systems
Drive implementation of new ways of working
