THE ROLE As the Senior Manager of Physical Security & Safety for EMEA, you will safeguard Everpure’s most valuable assets—our people and properties—across the region from our Prague hub, with the opportunity to pioneer our expanding program. Reporting to the Director of Physical Security & Safety, you will help us co-build a growing regional team and establish Everpure’s baseline protection frameworks from the ground up. Collaborating closely with regional business leaders and external property management, this uniquely autonomous role offers immediate high-impact ownership to leave your mark, scale our local infrastructure, and travel across Europe to cultivate a resilient, employee-first workplace culture. WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive EMEA Security Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of physical security systems—including access control, CCTV surveillance, and specialized hardware—to guarantee robust corporate resilience across all EMEA facilities. Optimize Vendor Performance & Financials: Architect and manage the regional CAPEX and OPEX budgets, establishing rigorous SLAs and performance metrics for external manpower providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective security services. Lead Emergency Preparedness & Compliance: Develop comprehensive emergency response plans, health and safety (EHS) programs, and proactive drill initiatives (including floor-warden networks) to ensure full regulatory compliance and a secure environment for all regional staff and travelers.
