Reporting to the Global Director of Care, this role is integral to driving operational performance strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.This role will drive impactful change across the Care ecosystem, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will leverage your expertise in analytics and workforce management to drive complex projects, manage escalated processes, and contribute to the strategic direction of the department. Your mission Strategic Leadership: Drive innovation, implementing new solutions or technologies that enhance Care experience and operational efficiency (including automation and AI). Performance Management: Set department KPIs, targets, and milestones. Contribute to broader GetYourGuide KPI target setting and achievement. Empower Care department with necessary operational analytics tools and insights for data driven decision making.
