Partnering closely with the People Services team to design and deliver impactful people initiatives and engagement programs
Workforce planning and talent strategy
Hands-on involvement in recruitment
Guiding managers through the full employee lifecycle
from hiring to onboarding and development
Coaching and supporting leaders
Strengthening their capability to lead high-performing teams
Supporting global employment programs
Ensuring compliance with regional legislation and company standards
