2+ years in a leadership role, Experience managing payroll in a multi-state U. S. environment, Deep knowledge of payroll tax compliance, Deep knowledge of wage and hour laws, Deep knowledge of benefits administration, Familiarity with employment lifecycle events, Hands-on experience with 401(k) administration, Hands-on experience with 401(k) compliance, Demonstrated ability to set up internal controls, Demonstrated ability to maintain internal controls, Demonstrated ability to set up audit processes, Demonstrated ability to maintain audit processes, Exceptional organizational skills, Attention to detail, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills
