What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–9 years of experience within Payments, Treasury, Banking, Fintech, or broader Financial Services environments, understanding of global payment rails and infrastructure including SWIFT, ACH, RTP/Faster Payments, Cards, Wallets, and alternative payment solutions, Experience working with global banks, PSPs, payment schemes, or fintech providers within multi-region and multi-currency environments, understanding of payment operations, routing logic, payment economics, and network optimization principles, analytical and commercial mindset with experience leveraging data to drive operational and strategic decision-making, Familiarity with AML, sanctions, regulatory frameworks, and payment scheme governance requirements
Nice to Have
Experience supporting vendor negotiations, pricing analysis, or cost optimization initiatives is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Support execution and optimization of global payments network strategy
Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency
Optimize network performance
Support onboarding of new payment rails
Monitor industry trends and emerging payment technologies
Manage and strengthen relationships with global banking partners
Assist with commercial discussions relating to pricing
Monitor partner performance against SLAs
Support governance and oversight across bank accounts
Produce reporting and analytics on payment volumes
Support pricing analysis and payment cost optimization
Deliver data-driven insights
Ensure adherence to internal policies
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams
Support strategic projects relating to network expansion
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with Treasury, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams; Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams; Collaborate with Product and Technology teams; stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex operational insights into actionable recommendations
