What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in a channel/partner management enablement or a related role within IAM/IGA organization, Thorough domain knowledge in all areas of IAG, understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies, proven track record of building scalable training programs, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience in working cross functionally to build content and deliver trainings, Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation, Direct customer or partner interaction and management skills, technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, Ability to present and communicate at an executive level, Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment, Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude

Nice to Have

Experience with Federal and Governmental entities, Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms

Create content for Partner Newsletter

Support Partner Director in managing performance

Challenge the Status Quo

Identify areas for improvement

Team & Collaboration

Working with CSMs, TAMs and Expert Services; Working cross functionally to build content and deliver trainings; Working internally with functional teams

Process & Methodology

Track go-live dates, Identify aged/deferred go-lives at risk, Identify causes and recommend possible interventions
