Ensemble maintains offices in Toronto and New York. About the Role Reporting to the VP, Destination experience working with travel verticals is a strong asset. Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to drive shared business objectives. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and long-term value creation. Adaptability: Comfortable with fast-paced, data-driven environments where priorities shift based on market conditions and competitive insights. Ability to lead and drive multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast paced and complex environment. We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $85,000 to $100,000. The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
