Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, related functional field, i. e. Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience, 7+ years of experience in analytics with emphasis on data mining, quantitative analysis and financial metrics, 3+ years of leadership experience, Demonstrated experience collecting data, creating action plans and implement process changes, Highly proficient in working with analytical/reporting tools and leading others in these functions, Proficient in working with analytical/reporting tools including SQL, SAS and Excel, Demonstrated ability to operate and execute systems and processes in a timely and quality manner, analytical skills to include competent understanding of statistical significance, multivariate techniques, and correlation analysis, Proven experience working with relational databases, Proven teamwork and communication skills, Ability to lead cross-functional teams, Works effectively in time sensitive environment, Demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver unique analytical solutions
