Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field, 7+ years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories, expertise in sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier management, Proven category management experience including strategy development and implementation, Solid understanding of financial (cost benchmarking, supplier audits) and legal (contracting) aspects, Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments, analytical, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field, Experience working in matrix/global organizational environments, Deep understanding of supplier relationship models and external market dynamics, stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders, Demonstrated leadership capability with experience driving change and transformation, Experience in risk management frameworks within procurement, Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team capability, networking and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
