What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of operational Procurement experience across multiple categories, Excellent knowledge of Procurement tools such as sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, supplier review, supplier development and others, Demonstrated expertise in managing categories, particularly category strategy development and implementation, stakeholder management and supplier relationship management, In-depth understanding of external environment and supplier relationship models, knowledge of finance (cost benchmark, financial audit with key suppliers) and legal matters (contracting), Clear understanding of business value, business priorities, and potential implementation risks, Significant experience working in a matrix (global/ regional) business environment, networking skills and a proven ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners, Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in partnership with others to drive, implement and support change, Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple projects using project management skills, analytical, written and verbal communications, and influencing skills, Ability to work in high pressure environment, often under tight deadlines, Experience with risk management, Motivation for professional development and willingness to coach, mentor and train others

Adapt and implement global category strategies within APAC

Manage Corporate Services spend pools in OU APAC

Create comprehensive sourcing strategies for category

Ensure strategies account for OU requirements

Implement strategies holistically in the OU

Deliver benefits through strategy execution

Manage financial benefits in accordance with Procurement Plan

Influence key OU stakeholders and business partners

Build strategic relationships with key suppliers locally

Lead contract planning

Develop and Implement Operational excellence strategies

Transform end to end spend to release value

Ensure suppliers are managed against third party risks

Manage a team of ~2 people

Drive continuous improvements

Manage team capability and motivation

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with the category team; Collaborative strategy execution with the OUs; Influence key OU stakeholders and business partners; Build productive and collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders; Work in partnership with others to drive, implement and support change; Ensure seamless collaboration happens across all levels
