Speel een sleutelrol in de toekomst van de bedrijfsvoering van onze opdrachtgevers — ontwerp nieuwe businessmodellen, herontwerp processen en implementeer technische oplossingen die strategische ambitie omzetten in realiteit. Bij Deloitte. Als (Senior) Manager binnen Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OI&DS) sta je in het hart van de transformatie van de kern-assets en -operaties van de energiesector. Je adviseert, ontwerpt en implementeert business- en technologische oplossingen die de energietransitie versnellen en ambitieuze strategieën omzetten in tastbare resultaten. Je helpt opdrachtgevers hun interne werking opnieuw vorm te geven om de meest complexe uitdagingen in het ER&I-domein aan te pakken. Je opdrachten richten zich op belangrijke thema’s zoals assetmanagement, field operations, congestiemanagement, hernieuwbare energie, waterstof, carbon capture & storage (CCS), stadsverwarming en EV-laadinfrastructuur — steeds met focus op maximale efficiëntie en impact. Binnen OI&DS is onze missie het vertalen van strategie naar operationele realiteit. We adviseren, ontwerpen, implementeren en coördineren oplossingen die organisaties transformeren. Je zet digitale en cloudgebaseerde technologieën in om klanten te helpen hun operaties te stroomlijnen, kosten te verlagen en wendbaarheid op te bouwen voor veranderende markteisen. Met jouw specifieke focus op ER&I leid je multidisciplinaire teams en fungeer je als belangrijke adviseur voor senior stakeholders bij de klant, met name op de COO-agenda.
