What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's in STEM or technical field, 10+ years Quality Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or related, Project management experience, Experience in first article inspection reports, Experience in quality monitoring, Experience leading root cause correct actions, Experience in development/usage of quality metrics, Experience in manufacturing process knowledge, Experience with Quality systems and industry technical standards, Experience interpreting drawings, work instructions, BOMs, Experience with consumable materials control, Experience with process disciplines, Experience with tool control, Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Prior experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing, Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance, U.S. citizenship required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with J-STD-001, Familiarity with ISO 9001, Familiarity with AS9100, Familiarity with AS9201, Six Sigma experience/tools, CORE experience/tools, Lean experience/tools, Experience working in a cleanroom environment, Experience with III-V compound semiconductor devices, Experience with Gallium Nitride, Experience with Gallium Arsenide HEMTs, Experience with SLS IR detectors
