What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12+ years of experience in corporate operations / administration, exposure to facilities/real estate coordination, exposure to procurement, exposure to vendor governance, exposure to operational reporting, Working understanding of finance basics and cost management, vendor management and procurement execution (hands-on, outcome-driven), Awareness of site engineering / facilities operations basics, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills with comfort building trackers and reports, communication, time management, follow-through, Process mindset: ability to create SOPs, streamline workflows, and reduce escalations, Collaborative team player with high responsiveness and ownership

preferably in multi-location environments
