Must Have
5+ years in operations, project management, or business systems in a B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services company, 3-5 years of direct people management experience in operations, Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration required: workflow automation, custom objects, and reporting, Compliance expertise required: SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2
Nice to Have
Vanta or similar platform experience is a plus, Familiarity with Jira or Scrum or Agile experience preferred, Exposure to banking, credit union, or regulated financial environments is a plus
