What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of project management experience in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience, Experience with Continuous Improvement implementation
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, Professional certifications and/or licenses with Lean Six Sigma preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead the Operational Excellence team
Develop and implement standard operating model
Scale manufacturing operations nationally
Work across all functions and teams
Lead several projects
Support core operations
Propose new projects and opportunities
Drive end-to-end value stream mapping
Engage with the workforce
Collaborate with functional leaders
Define Continuous Improvement
and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
Focus on improving Safety
Lead the Factor Canada Operational Excellence team
Develop and implement standard processes
Implement tools and Continuous Improvement program
Leverage DMAIC and change management
Manage Operational knowledge
Facilitate training and development
Partner with Global Stakeholders
Define business and use cases for material management and production tools
Collaborate with Global Product Stakeholders
Collaborate with Local Stakeholders
and sustain CAPEX initiatives
Create and maintain an engaging
performance-focused work
Promote a learning culture
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions
Develop continuous improvement capability
Deliver communication and change management plans
Identify and remove project implementation risks
Remove project implementation roadblocks
Effectively implement and sustain operational changes
Perform other duties as assigned
