As a manager for OpenShell engineering , you will guide a team that integrates recent progress in agentic systems into the runtime, tools, and workflows trusted by enterprise developers. This team exists where research, product, and engineering converge. Your responsibility is to define direction, improve technical standards, and ensure the team consistently transforms promising methods from academia, industry, and NVIDIA research into useful OpenShell capabilities.
