Responsibilities Own the global revenue operations strategy and ensure data, systems, and processes align with company growth goals. Build the revenue plan with the Head of Finance and CRO, then implement it through territories, commissions, and sales alignment. Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility to catch and fix issues before they impact results. Manage Hubspot/powerBI architecture, data integrity, and integrations across the GTM stack. Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team covering systems, analytics, and enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive scale and operational excellence. Collaborate with the executive team to provide key insights that can take the company to 10x current ARR. Experience in lead generation initiatives to increase outbound efficiency Requirements 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, or GTM Strategy, including 2+ years in leadership.
