Must Have

BSEE, BSCE, or equivalent technical advanced degree, 12+ years of industry experience, 6+ years leading embedded software development, Proven experience managing embedded software teams, Deep technical expertise in ARM Cortex-M, Hands-on experience developing in C/C++, Experience with Zephyr, Experience with FreeRTOS, Understanding of system-level debugging, Understanding of hardware/software integration, Understanding of power-aware design, Hands-on familiarity with lab instrumentation, Experience implementing structured development practices, Experience with Agile methodologies, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with automated testing frameworks, Experience with defect tracking systems, Currently authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Python is a plus, Familiarity with embedded GPUs is a plus, Familiarity with graphics rendering software is a plus, Experience leveraging AI-assisted software development tools is desirable
