What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work, Clinical background in mental health, Experience in digital mental health, Familiarity with AI capabilities, Experience with data science applications in healthcare settings, Ability to work with data, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving comfort, Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Specialized degrees, certifications, or training in AI, Understanding of international clinical models and measures, Background in data analytics or research, Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes with minimal direction
What You'll Do.
Contribute to design and evolution of care models
Support strategic decision-making
