Senior Manager - Motion Design **Job title:** Senior Manager, Motion Design **Location:** Leeds, UK **Overview of the role:** We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Motion Design Manager who will be responsible for leading the development, and delivery of world-class motion design across digital platforms, and Live Event experiences. This role combines high-level creative direction with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring that every motion asset enhances storytelling, strengthens brand identity, and engages audiences. The Senior Motion Manager will act as both a visionary and a mentor, guiding a team of motion designers while collaborating across departments to deliver compelling and innovative work. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre.
