The Brief

What You'll Achieve.

Ensures consistent delivery across funding operations, co-sell execution, and alliance programs; Translating strategic direction into measurable outcomes across sales, marketing, and delivery; Drive accountability, prioritization, and performance management aligned to alliance objectives and KPIs; Ensure consistent execution of alliance processes, rhythms, and deliverables across regions and teams; Manage execution of multi-million-dollar Microsoft funding programs and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with defined strategy and targets; Maintain accurate pipeline, funding, and activity tracking in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and reporting discipline; Support forecasting efforts through pipeline hygiene, reporting, and insights; Monitor and improve co-sell performance metrics (pipeline, registrations, velocity, and conversion); Ensure readiness and alignment for key Microsoft milestones and compliance requirements; Coordinate logistics, tracking, and follow-up from events to ensure measurable pipeline and engagement outcomes

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), 4–6 years of experience in alliances, partner management, business development, or related roles, Proven ability to manage teams, drive execution, and operate in a fast-paced environment, organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery, communication and presentation skills, Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management, Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Experience working within or alongside Microsoft partner ecosystem preferred
